Uriage Eau Thermale Sérum D'eau

Hoje trago-vos um produto recente aos meus cuidados de pele, um sérum.

Há muito tempo que queria começar a investir mais nos cuidados de pele, passar da barreira dos 10€, o único produto que cheguei a adquirir acima desse preço foi um protetor solar 50+ para peles mistas a oleosas da Avène, de resto tenho-me baseado mais em marcas de supermercado ou outras com preços semelhantes.

Cheguei a ir à Well's e pedi conselhos, estava mais interessada nas coisas da Uriage porque é daquelas marcas de farmácia que mais ouvia falar (e bem) pelos grupos de beleza portugueses no Facebook. Eu andava à procura de um sérum e de um outro produto que mais tarde irei falar aqui - espero que muito brevemente. Queria ter mais cuidados, algo que penetrasse nas camadas mais profundas da pele. Na Well's aconselharam-me o Eau Thermale Sérum D'eau (da Uriage), visto que ainda estou no início dos meus 20 e tenho pele mista-oleosa e pouco acne.

Portanto, este é um sérum à base de água que hidrata, regenera e ilumina o rosto, segundo diz a sua embalagem. Também diz que ''recupera o efeito barreira da pele e limita a desidratação''.

Depois da grande introdução ao produto, aqui começarei com o meu review.
De facto, ao olhar para o produto e ao aplicá-lo sente-se que é mesmo à base de água, uma gota estende-se por uma boa área do rosto - e eu que tenho um rosto um pouco grande, é ótimo!




Já usei cremes hidratantes à base de água e não gostei muito, ou não sentia hidratação - tendo a pele seca de estar um bom tempo com o rosto debaixo de água no duche - pois sentia ainda comichão e a pele a repuxar e sentia a pele sticky. Com este sérum isso não acontece. Sinto a pele hidratada, leve, com aquela sensação super fina, macia de creme no rosto mas ''seco'', algo minimalista no bom sentido. No momento em que estou a escrever este post (à noite) tinha posto o sérum há poucos minutos e sinto que poderia começar com a minha rotina de maquilhagem, não sinto oleosidade nenhuma na zona T, gosto mesmo do que sinto ao tocar no rosto.




Outra coisa que gosto neste sérum é do cheirinho, é-me muito agradável mas não o sinto depois de o colocar no rosto.




Podem encontrar este sérum em farmácias, parafarmácias (desde às de supermercado como Well's como noutras), skin.pt e do que estive a ver a Notino tem esta gama Eau Thermale mas não tem este sérum. O preço anda à volta dos 19€, conforme o local onde comprem.

De manhã, mesmo passadas umas 11h - sim, estou de folga no momento em que escrevo isto e quando fico em casa torno-me mais preguiçosa 😂) eu sinto que tenho a oleosidade controlada, coisa que não me acontecia com outros produtos também à base de água e outros indicados mesmo para pele oleosa.

Hey everyone!

Today I bring you a product that is pretty recent in my skin care kit, a serum.



For a long time that I wanna to invest (€) on skin care, products that are above 10€, the only product that I had was a SPF 50+ face moisturizer from Avène to combination to oily skin, apart from that I only have used drusgtore products or from other brands that have the same kind of price.




I went to Well's (a portuguese store) and I asked advices, I was most interested on Uriage products because is one of that pharmacy brands that I heard a lot on Facebook's portuguese beauty communities. I was looking for a serum and another product - which I will be talking about it here, hope way sooner. I wanna to have a better skin care, a product that goes on the deepest skin layers. At Well's they told me to try Uriage's Eau Thermale Sérum D'eau, because I'm on my early 20's and I have combination-oily skin and a bit of acne.




So, this serum is water based that hydrates, renew and brightens up the skin, has you can see on the box. It also says that ''restore the «barrier-effect» of the skin to limit dehydration''.




After the big introduction of the product, here I start with my review.
In fact, looking for the product and while I apply it I can feel that is really water baed and one drop goes a long way - and my face is kinda big, so, great!




I used water based face moisturizers before and I didn't like that much, I didn't feel hydration - having the skin way dried because of being under the water for a long time in the shower - and I used to feel my skin itching even with the moisturizer on and that moisturizers used to let my skin sticky. With this serum that does not happen. I feel the skin hydrated, light, with that tinny and silky sensation of moisturizer but ''dry'' on my skin, speaking in a good way. In the moment that I was writing thist post (at night) I had put the serum on a few minutes earlier and I feel that I can start with my make-up routine, I don't feel oils on my skin, I really like of what I feel while I touch my own face.
Another thing that I really like is the smell of it and if you are sensitive to smells you won't feel it after you aply the serum to your skin.





(This next paragraph is written on the morning next to the time while I wrote the other parts of this post)
In the morning, even 11h after - yeah, it's my day off while I write this and when I'm at home I'm lazy 😂) I feel that the oils are controled, and it never happened to me with the others water based moisturizers or even the ones for oily skin.

Primark Buff Stuff Face Scrub

Hoje trago-vos o meu review do esfoliante de rosto Buff Stuff da Primark. Este esfoliante diz que contém tea tree e hamamélis na sua composição e que é para peles oleosas e/ou com tendência a acne - para quem não sabe »» ME! JE! EU! ICH!

Queria que este post fosse curto mas eu adoro tanto escrever e ser irónica e sarcástica, pronto, lá vamos nós!


Eu adoro todos os cheiros e/ou sabores de tudo o que seja mentol, o meu sabor preferido de rebuçados e pastilhas é mentol, adoro o cheiro da hortelã e o seu cheiro, tudo o que seja dessa família relacionado com isso. No entanto, com este produto é diferente. É agora que este post começa a ''descambar''... Primeiro de tudo, eu meto-o na cara e sinto aquele mentol todo na pele (podem ver na lista de ingredientes que contém mentol » mentha piperita peppermint), os meus olhos são super sensíveis com certos produtos de limpeza, o calor dentro do carro em pleno Agosto que nem me deixa abrir os olhos, imaginem isso mas pior com este produto, parece que sinto que estou a levar com aquela coisa de ar que o dentista usa diretamente nos olhos. Esta cena faz ardor nos olhos! Sim, é isto, por enquanto. It just keeps going down...

Eu sinto que a parte do gel seja suave mas... - e vou dizer isto tudo de uma vez - ... isto é uma mistura de um creme com pasta de dentes com areia. Sim, isso mesmo que leram! Estão a ver quando são crianças e pegam em tudo e misturam e fazem porcaria? Sim, parece que alguém na Primark decidiu viajar no tempo e ser criança e pegar no creme da mamã, na pasta de dentes de mentol (daquelas em que sentem o mentol a 1km de distância) e meteram a areia da praia que decidiram trazer para casa e tchanan! Têm algo a que chamam de ''gel de limpeza esfoliante para pele oleosa e acneica'' - claro que depois juntaram mais uns ingredientes. E por falar em ingredientes!... Eu não percebo muito disto mas um ingrediente que não deve estar no nosso skin care é o álcool, qualquer coisa que diga ''álcool'' como este diz ''cetearyl alcohol'', ou seja, retenham a palavra ALCOHOL na lista dos ingredientes do vosso skin care, esqueçam! Sim, nós, peles oleosas, queremos algo que a pele fique seca mas não seca literalmente mas sim sabermos que os óleos, naquele momento, estão controlados e a pele está bonitinha e fresquinha, com o álcool só conseguem que ela fique seca mas no sentido de desidratada.
Estamos quase a terminar... Quanto aos grãos, sim, parece que metemos a areia da praia, seja para que tipo de pele for, estes grão serão sempre grandes demais e não irão fazer o trabalho como deve de ser e ainda irão agredir a pele.

Por fim, não senti nada de limpeza, a sensação que eu tinha na pele era como se tivesse ainda o creme para todos os tipos de pele que tinha naquele dia, acho que não limpou nada, acho que ''limpou'' apenas os meus queridos 2,50€ - sim, sei que é pouco, mas quando compramos algo queremos que faça algum efeito, já paguei menos e me dei melhor como os produtos do Lidl (menos ou foram o mesmo preço e o Lidl está, no mínimo, a 16km de mim enquanto que a Primark mais próxima está a 30km). Gastem os 2,50€ numa máscara de pestanas, num lápis e num batom que com as promoções deles conseguem um lápis de lábios a 1€ e o batom a 1€ ou 1,50€ e são bem jeitositos - vendo que vocês gastam muito mais num batom de certas marcas e não são tão bons.

Today I bring you a review from the Primark's Buff Stuff Face Scrub.
It says that has tea tree and witch hazel (hamamelis?) and that is for oily skin and/or skin with blemishes - and, for who doesn't know it »» ME! JE! EU! ICH!


I wanna this to be a short post but I love to write and be ironic and sarcastic. Okay, let's go!


I love all kind of smells and/or tastes when it's about menthol, it's the one that I love when we talk about candies and gums, I love spearmint and its smell, everything that is kinda like that. But, with this stuff, it's a different story.


It's going down... First of all, I put this thing on my face and I feel the menthol all over my face - you can see that the ingredients list says ''mint'' » mentha piperita peppermint. My eyes are super sensible with some kind of cleansing and home products, in August I can't even open my eyes with the heat when I'm driving, imagine that but worst, it feels kinda like that the dentist is putting that air machine directly on my eyes. This stuff burns my eyes! It just keeps going down...


I feel that the ''gel'' is soft but... It is a body cream mixed with tooth paste that has tones of menthol with beach sand. Yeah, that's it! Do you see when you are a child and pcik up stuf to mix it all together and make some kind of crap? That's what someone from Primark did and then they called it ''cleasing exfoliating gel for oily and acne skins. I don't know much about the ingredients stuff but I know that alcohol is not good for your skin, oily skins need stuff to clean the skin and controil the oils, not something that  has alcohol and will dry your skin. So, every list on your skin care that says ''ALCOHOL'', just forget about it, just throw it away!


We're almost done... About the grains, yeah, it looks like that we did put the beach sand on the face, they will always be too big to make a good job and they will hurt the skin.


To make this post and end, I did not feel the skin cleaned, it was like I left the facial moisturizer on the face, an ''all skin types' one, I think that it really did not clean anything, only my money and when a lipliner and a lipstick are on sale at Primark and I can buy one of them with 2,50€ and they are so good, way better than some that you pay more and are not worth it.
